It's rare you would be paid less than 95 TFP in a month. Most lines are 90 and above. Reserve a little higher. Again that's not hourly so there is a conversion factor there.
My main point on the original post is that there are many saying industry standard or nothing. So if industry standard is UA or DL then that's a tall order and I seriously doubt your MEC and NC are going to hold out for that type of TA. Just not realistic. Think what Allegiant received. Good pay but lousy work rules. I understand that your work rules are pretty good so I would expect and hold out for a moderate pay increase and other compensation benefits. Just an educated guess.
