So, where is training, how long is new hire training, is there an abbreviated course for prior 121 guys and how is the training department?

Again-thanks in advance.
Ground training is held in MSP as well as FTD. Sims, I believe will mostly be in PHX for new hires.
I know they where trying to get a shorter course for guys with CRJ types, but not sure if is up and running yet. The training department is great if you put in the work and come prepared for each lesson. The length depends on how long the break is from ground to Sims. Average is 2 months. As far as ATL out of training, no one yet, but when this vacancy closes we might see some slots open for new hires.
One more thing, I remember them sending new hires home for about a week to self study general subject's via computer.
Hopefully someone who has been through more recently can chime in as well.
