I'm waiting on IOE...nobody in my Aug. class was able to get MSP out of training. The most junior guy on the award sheet was in the July 2nd class, 4 classes behind me. The newest award is effective Jan 1, so it's looking like a 4-5 month wait.

Keep in mind that a lot of new hires are from the east and are wanting to be based out of DTW, so that may speed things up.
