How many hours did you guys get with Infinity, and how long were you there?
I have been very stagnant the last year or so in the Army, and have barely made minimums (deployed aircraft, non-flying jobs, etc). Currently sitting at just over 400 total hours, and headed overseas for a six month all expense paid trip (non-flying) before I separate in April.
Infinity has told me I will get about 270 hours there in 16 weeks. Was this true for any of you who went there with 0 FW time?
Also, what did your interview and timeline look like with Piedmont as a 0 FW timer?

You can interview for MTP 90 days prior to your end of service (or terminal leave start date if you're willing to do MTP while collecting the last checks from uncle sugar).
If that 90 days falls prior to your return from $hitcani$tan make sure you have your FAA class 1 medical, updated passport and FCC license complete prior to your departure on deployment so they can process your application while you're on the road (Skype type interviews have occurred for folks overseas before).
