They certainly won't furlough anyone, even if it means creating vacancies. You'll see ERJ vacancies on the next bid, and the bid after that, and after that. And after the next bid, the rest of the bids will be open to everyone to exercise their seniority/juniority in the next 15 months. And that's even with UAL not hiring until 2/18. There are still other airlines hiring and including many regionals who will hire our FOs. They better hope hiring numbers rise here or there won't be enough meat in the seats.
