Just wondering if it's because of the shotgun type AE's they do. I've heard of places that would have AE's on the same dates each month, every month. Seems to work much better for the company and the pilots, as opposed to this flustercuck. Much smoother predictable training vs the MOAB and mystery of when training will begin.
