If it's someone who is getting the same deal, then no...they have already been compensated. If it's anyone else, they didn't get awarded the trip by definition, so nothing has happened out of seniority. In fact, those who DIDN'T get training pulled out from under them already benefited from the fact the direct affectees were awarded no September trips and all but the most senior already had an improved/larger pot of trips for PBS to choose from.
