Agreed, the generalization about all senior captains being disgruntled is incorrect. Most of the senior guys I fly with I've learned a great deal from and respect. I was referring to the vocal minority on this forum, didn't mean to make a generalization.
Glad you got it all figured out.
Not sure what you'll think after 15 years when you're still doing an awesome job like most of the pilots I know, and you're still here.
Most of us do and have been going above and beyond and will continue to do so.
Doesn't mean you'll ever get to Delta.
