The problem would be solved but again the guys impacted by those pickups will scream about the great deal the canceled training guys got and how it screwed them out of choice trips they wanted. It would as mentioned require a contract rewrite or every trip picked up by a training canceled guy could be a grievance.

Is a pilot whose entire schedule is bought off for OE limited in his pickup?
