I'm sure you'll find the APA just as focused as holding the line on scope as any legacy ALPA carrier but go along deluding yourself.

Contractors are contractors and the fact that 30 yrs ago the contractor nose was let under the tent was the strategic mistake that cost billions to the legacy (and regional contract pilots) pilots over the next few decades.

Going forward though there is no doubt that at the moment holding a stiff line in the sand on scope while defending our profession against unfair overseas competition will be the focus of the current unions.
Stay with APA if you feel them to be so much more pure/effective, but join the fight on protecting our profession from threats abroad, safety and security.
