As a result we won't get min calendar day fixed. That's the issue we have. I doubt APA could predict it would lead to this but it looks like that's what happened.
If that is the case I suspect we will continue to see new hire pilots leave AA for other majors as our contract is not industry leading. If they really intend on KDA then they should make improvements to the contract that really do KDA.
