You may not care if it's a beat up old POS, but the reality is we are not being refleeted, nor will we ever. That's something that prospective newhires will weigh. It's a no brainier that they have zero intention to staff this flying. This BS CPA was an attempt at stemming the bleeding of pilots, which will probably accelerate, even though the puppets at the puzzle palace in Atlanta are patting themselves on the back.
My prediction is we will be gone within 24 months. Airlines with flow agreements will dominate regional hiring, and places like Skywest won't be able to fill classes. Because of this, after the shutdown, they will either attempt to integrate us or give us preferential interviews, so they can weed out the pro-union rabble-rousers.
