I was positive space out of LGA once and I requested the comfort plus upgrade and those morons put an S3 up there instead of me and I was clearly ahead of them. Well what's crazy is it was a JetBlue JS. So me in "delta-ish" uniform doesn't get the upgrade but he does.... Oh well. More important things to complain about in life, but not cool that I've seen it a few times now.
