You can also input the correct info into rainmaker. I've had the same issue and that fixed it.
That's what I did, put it in the line comments for those days. They fixed it in a day or two..
Also, double check your 32 hour overnights on 5 days. I've had three in a row where they didn't give me min credit for that day. Quick fix.
