Placing anyone who has prior 121 time over all other new hires is ridiculous. What about military fw new hires with thousands of hours etc? There will be several unfair comparisons.
Short sited policy. Not sure why the union agreed to it. What did they get from the company for agreeing?
I agree if they are placing guys with 121 time ahead to encourage them to apply then they should do the same for qualifying military time.
And what about guys entering the RTP, especially ones who have already started the program. It just changes the game for them but they already have taken money so they are committed.
