So should we blame Delta for being the only Major to hire these abusers? Why is the military relationship so much better other places, and why do they not verify sick leave like we do?

It could also be that other companies understand that abuse will always take place, in any system and under any rules. They just don't let those minor actions of a tiny minority derade the quality of life of the vast majority. It's called respecting your employees.

Management, and not some handful of abusers, is why we can't have nice things. Naturally they want you to believe otherwise, and many (like you) do.
