I spent two years on the bottom of reserve. The average new hire class was 3! Sign on bonus was 5k. No retention bonus. 25ish dollar an hour. No commuter hotels. Guys coming on now worrying about spending a month or two longer on reserve and not getting the 175 or A certain base. I’m not worried about reserve I was referring more omg the line of better lines/schedules crews etc..
I’m coming from corporate so for me reserve is a normal day in the neighborhood!
