Because they have to eventually settle on a plan for the future of this airline. I don't think they can come up with one without knowing the details of the CBA. Wall Street will begin to lose patience.
I honestly think that the plan all along was to drag this out until another downturn in the economy comes along and cry that there are difficult times ahead. Blah blah blah. Hope I'm wrong but it's a lot of money on the table.
Think of all those 10 hour 3 days that will have to pay 15+ hours now. 😂
