ZW has a strong contract, if you're a junior reserve pilot you need to ask 'permission' to be released from duty and that's how the snag people for junior assignment.

Staffing isn't great, there's no doubt there. We're out of retention bonuses and growing flying at a rapid pace and not hiring fast enough. Schedulers are playing dirty, there's no way around that.
