My perception is that the priority of the interview was making sure you're not a butthead and will be pleasant company in the cockpit on a 4-day trip, as well as being a team player, calm, well-spoken/articulate, professionally dressed with good personal hygiene, and all the usual person-to-person concerns.

I asked specifically about tech issues and my male interviewer (L.M.) expressed it was not an issue since we could obviously fly (we passed the Army's flight program) and SkyWarrior would get me up to speed (FW requirements) in preparation for ERJ-145 ground school. I head to SkyWarrior in October.

If you have an interview- just be pleasant, honest and forthright, and enjoy your time there. They are quite pleasant company!

Happy landings,

How do any bonuses work?
Do they pay out anything at the time of training or is it just after indoc?
What about expenses living wise, hence the question if they pay anything out during training. That's what I was wondering.
