Most, but not all of our routes do not change for the winter. The drop off is not dramatic. We lose CNY and VEL at the end of the year and are waiting to hear on some new routes that just came open.

The DEN base is as well staffed as I've seen it since I've been here (more than a year). FOs got between 45 and 80 hours on the October schedule, with seniority being the determining factor. The range for captains is roughly the same.

It's a revolving door, though...one captain just left and I've heard rumors of another. One FO leaves in October and another in December. That's just what I know about.
