Does DAL's CBA specifically give DALPA any control over who they hire?
I'm at a AA WO, and my understanding is AA can hire anyone they want, and APA's contract doesn't give them any veto power.
So bring this back to my first question, is it really DALPA that's standing in the way of a flow, or is it company culture?
It's the ATL culture probably even pushing back against what they got from NWA. But there is a sizeable group of original Delta"s" that are thrilled with that status quo, and NWA pilots that aren't willing to rock the boat
