Good luck on your contract negotiation. I hope you guys get at least $110 an hour for the 900 and you get per diem up to 2.00/hr and you get 100% match on 401k contribution. Then you've done your share and we will all be throwing accolades at you rather than insults.

Good luck,

yeah i would love to see those kinds of 900 rates, but we wont get that until we have a new contract. 110 is the high end of the scale so there is no way in hell the arbitrator is going to give us that right off the bat. and i think you are being a little to quick to judge.. saying i am doing something is like saying anyone who went to skywest after they only gave the bro guys a 10cent raise is just helping management keep rates down, or anyone who went to asa in the last 5 years is only making things worse while they didn't have a contract, etc, etc.. doesn't make much sense does it? everyone comes into the industry at different times. saying we won the flying by low balling isn't ver accurate either.. of course if the company is using a contract that is over 7 years old it is going to be cheaper than the next guy. that only makes sense. but they are smart enough to know that we wont continue on like this forever and that at some point we will have a contract and those things will change.

remember i never said pinnacle is perfect, and i never said i came here for quick upgrades, i came here to be home with my family. also remember i haven't taken a crappy contract for a quick upgrade, we are in negotiations, if it isn't to my liking then i will vote no, if we don't get one, i will strike,, like i said in my previous post, after the skywest guys signed that embarassing pay raise, anyone according to you who went there afterwards is just ruining the business.... almost every regional airline is at some sort of bad juncture at all times,, and everyone is ready to move to the regionals at different times... you probably wouldn't be lecturing me if i were to get hired at asa after their new contract is signed.. but you would before huh?? see how that makes no sense.
