Re: the PAC meetings, I reached out the Chief last month about when the next one would be, and he said likely either October (it's not on my schedule) or very early November. So time will tell for that.

The first meeting was moderately productive albeit poorly planned. Several pilots were never flown to Denver for the meeting at all and were forced to teleconference in on somebody's bluetooth speaker. CDOs were discussed at length, and I'm under the impression that the schedules for bases with CDOs have slightly improved (my base doesn't have them). CDOs covered the majority of the discussion while representatives were forced to leave early due to pre-booked trips home before they were even able to speak. Some small revisions/suggestions to the Flight Standards Manual happened as well, though nothing groundbreaking. The Chick-fil-A for lunch was nice.
