“strong majority” of its pilots have voted to accept a new, three-year labor contract. The agreement, which replaces a prior agreement that became amendable in January 2015, will run through mid-2018. SkyWest Airlines is a subsidiary of St. George, Utah-based regional airline operator SkyWest Inc. and the flight deck crew are represented by the SkyWest Airlines Pilot Association.

Did you read the contract and look at the payrates? They are at the bottom now of regional pay and they basically took a paycut (while other regionals are getting 20k bonus's) to buy more planes (just announced a large AC order) and undercut the other regionals. Skywest is essentially the scum of the regional world now.
Anyway, how about that min calendar day. 2020 we get a min Cal. Day, better sick time, and improvements to Reserve. Or do we get ALPA and go for a me 2 Delta contract.
