No airline would establish a flow through with an airline that flies PC-12’s. The majority of guys there don’t even have 100hrs of Multi. I’m sorry, but that will never happen. When I was there rumors were spread about a flow to United. It’s ridiculous. Boutique is losing routes left and right. Lost Vernal, Moab, now Alamosa, Pendleton, Muscle Shoals with the DOT cuts due to poor load factor. They are losing bids everywhere as well. Get in and get out.
You didn't quite read that article properly.
Several of those routes are fine and got waivers due to disruptions of services with airlines pulling out, going bankrupt, etc. fy 2017 has been kinder to several of these communities.
