I have to double check but I believe health coverage starts after 90 days. Flight benefits start almost immediately. Vacation accrual starts after 6 months. Money in the bank account starts right away.
IOE is flying the plane so IOE trips will start and end at any E175 base (if she chooses the E175). These bases are SEA, PDX, SFO, SAN, LAX, DEN, ORD, and BOI. The flights will take here all across the US, Canada, and Mexico. She can request a specific base for her IOE trips but it’s not a guarantee, just a request.
