You’re expressing that continuing to bargain is futile because we won’t see anything better. You’re taking the position that you’re willing to see this wrapped up now vs holding our ground, even if it takes much longer.
If you don’t think that kind of language empowers management, weakens the Union, and only serves to aid Bendo, you really are clueless. Save your opinions for the flight deck and overnights at the bar, not on here. Are you even capable of doing that without the swearing back to those who ask you to stop?
Like it or not, spouting a defeateous attitude on here is exactly what union busting is all about. Infighting is what Bendo wants, you arguing with everyone is exactly what he wants. Going after the union on a public board is exactly what he wants. When will you decide to stop being the puppet that Bendo wants?
