Agreed.

But we ALL KNOW those junior SW guys (2-3yrs) that "kill it" compared to some of our peers as far as a W2 goes.

THAT'S ALL I'M SAYING.

And since you brought up the bold part, it's as others mention.....

.......a guy hired at SW post 9/11 and got the quick upgrade is way ahead of our situation now. Time value of money and all that.

So you can boast of UAL NOW, we weren't ALWAYS THAT WAY.
