You should know all the flows before you ever show up. That's been preached on this forum for years.
You can preach all you want but when guys don’t have the info until a week prior to class and some less, there is not much time to prepare.
They used to send out a cd. Now its just access to a website, with no panels to learn flows, etc. you can just read about them.
