They used to send out a cd. Now its just access to a website, with no panels to learn flows, etc. you can just read about them.
If that's the case then no, that isn't correct. A guy should have at a minimum two weeks and ideally at least a month to start looking things over.
And not to defend them but this is Spirit. You have to buy/bring your own coffee in training. You have to buy your own uniforms. They would just as soon kick you in the teeth than give you a hand. This place is the lowest of low and for the life of me can't understand why anyone would come here or even stay here. I don't know anyone here that isn't in some way looking to leave and move on. Even senior (10+ year) guys/gals are looking to dump this place like a bad habit.
I wish I could say that this place has potential, future, blah blah blah but I can't even muster that level of optimism anymore.
If you want to come here then good luck but one might look at all the rats jumping ship before signing on as a new deckhand.
