That creates no 7 day conflicts. The way I describe has two 7 day conflicts and extra pay for training on days off. Also, you don't lose any days off because the two you did will be replaced by 7 day conflicts.
To me this seems like the most money scenario. I admit I don't have too much experience in this area, but it seems solid to me.
Am I missing something?
Also every one might have a different end game in mind.
