And not to defend them but this is Spirit. You have to buy/bring your own coffee in training. You have to buy your own uniforms. They would just as soon kick you in the teeth than give you a hand. This place is the lowest of low and for the life of me can't understand why anyone would come here or even stay here. I don't know anyone here that isn't in some way looking to leave and move on. Even senior (10+ year) guys/gals are looking to dump this place like a bad habit.

I wish I could say that this place has potential, future, blah blah blah but I can't even muster that level of optimism anymore.

If you want to come here then good luck but one might look at all the rats jumping ship before signing on as a new deckhand.
The reasons on why someone may choose to come to Spirit are different from you, me and the other guy.

In my personal experience, I have flown with very senior guys who are happy with Spirit. I’m sorry to say, I have not flown with anyone that shares your opinion. Yes they all agree on various issues that will improve this place. But overall, the guys and ladies I have flown with are content, and thats not to say they don’t want better.
