Thanks. I saw NotEnuf's post for the 24 month reference also. However, I'm pretty certain they could circumvent it in the interim with final assembly of some items done on the ramp in Mobile. The plane can be flown without gear doors I'm sure. Fly it down to AL, mount the doors, and poof. US "made". This is just me likely being naive but I'm sure there's a way to accomplish this without the need for an entire facility.
