I didn't necessarily mean flows, I was more talking about systems, automation philosophy and the like. There is plenty of material available out there for that. For example, there is an oral exam video from UAL that I, for one, found very helpful.
SmartCockpit - Airline training guides, Aviation, Operations, Safety has all the systems stuff. I'm not saying NK couldn't do more to help new hires, my point is more that one can prepare him/herself better, should one so desire. Now, I'll fully admit to being somewhat of an airplane nerd who's spent time on smartcockpit just for fun, but still...
