There are all kinds of programs available at the various regional carriers. Some have provisions to get the required hours, as when coming out of a university's flight training program.

I would go to the horse's mouth and ask the airline in question, requirements can change. When serious, go to a 'meet & greet' type event. Then apply to everyone where you qualify & may want to work. When a position is offered it's time to decide what's best for you.
