With the number of LGA new hires below me is should get a line in December. I sat airport ready reserve 3 times in September and have not done it since. It is Jr assigned unless you bid for it (some like it for day 1 or day last of Reserve block). Unfortunately I didn’t have First outin my standing bid, so I’ve been used very little since OE. Others have been more lucky. JFK CR9 guys look like they’ll be on reserve longer than LGA, but they seem to be used more. Of course that could change at anytime, especially if we have another vacancy or the TA goes thru with a combined NYC base.
