I'm pretty sure some of the schools have aviation management degrees that count towards that restricted atp but didn't require any flying. Which means they could technically comply with a restricted atp with the degree they'd need the hours though. I could be completely wrong though?
The degree only counts towards restricted ATP if the flight training was part of the degree program. They both can't be done seperately, even at the same college, and yet qualify for restricted ATP.
