NOV 13th was always a class, albeit a 'closed' class originally for a select few leftovers from the MAY timeframe. They opened it up for as many returnees as possible ( I believe the last number count was up to 73). After this vacancy bid closes, there will be a lot of unfilled positions that will now go to the new hire/returnee classes. So probably here something by first week of NOV.
