I can see how this is great for the company. They can see if a pilot refused to waive the contract at their old company, or used sick leave, or refused an airplane, and if they aren't a "company pilot" they can just pass on them. I wonder how many guys waive, fly sick, or take broken jets because they don't want to risk not getting hired through the CPP, since they know the company is tracking them?
