Only management knows the numbers for hiring. Probably not more then 10 per month since the training department can't handle more than that efficiently. Most pilots leaving are for much better pay, benefits, and company culture.
Very few pilots make over guarantee and if your including per diem with those numbers don't bother considering Omni for your financial future.
Don't even think about coming here now Omni just walked away from the negotiation table if you come here you're selling yourself way short on any potential earnings you might have by going somewhere else
