"ever they called in sick"?
is that a performance measure now?
americans get a cold 4-5 times a year on average (CDC). pilots should not fly with a cold. so these guys are either equipped with super-immunity, or, they're flying while sick. if the former, they might help society by participating in research studies; if the latter, they better rethink their views on coming to the airport sick if they're scheduled to fly with me ...
