I mean that if there are months where you dont want to fly more than 2 or 3 days for whatever reason, can you give away your schedule so you can have some unpaid time off? Do people do this? Just curious. I'm looking at options but I know with some family commitments there will be occasional months where I would want a very minimal schedule.
