I wouldn't be worried about the 737 being flown by Horizon or Skywest. What would concern me is why the E175 are flying SEA-MKE or PDX-STL.
I'm there with ya, we lost our LGA flying on the Buses to E175s. Our NYC pilots don't operate out of LGA anymore.
