Great write up! Thanks for taking the time to do that. Sounds like an actual training program now, especially like the Procedures Trainer aspect of it. When I went through a couple years ago there were actually senior leaders in the training center telling classes all you need to study is the Lights and Switches guide.
I figured it was something that would help and give back a little to the site that was a wealth of info for me when getting to WN.
It at least gives a general idea of what the schedule will be when you arrive.
