A majority of my FO’s go green without telling me anyway. I enjoy flying with senior fo’s they don’t do things like that.
What’s the big deal? It’s their PFD. I’d prefer if FOs announce flipping switches such as the cowls or announcing when they’re disconnecting the autopilot. But I don’t lose sleep over it.
