https://dodskillbridge.com/ program. There are a few SFL/TAP locations that have agreements with Envoy. You have to get your local SFL/TAP program to enter into a letter of agreement with the program you are attempting to participate in (PSA/Piedmont/Envoy, etc.) and you can get up to 6 months to participate in the program while still on active duty. If your SFL/TAP has questions about it, have them contact the SFL/TAP office at West Point.
Skillbridge is a downright train wreck and has been for over a year. Comment threads untouched, questions unanswered. That's an unofficial official program replacing it that the army hasn't spoken much about. Check the images from linkedin I attached here. Apparently she is making it happen.
