Think twice before coming here, just looking at pure numbers you're going to be in the right seat for a long time on crappy pay! The quick upgrade window is closed. We have ~1900 guys now and that makes you a Professional First Officer at Spirit. Plus no contract in sight! The company has made no effort to contact the union to close the gap. So don't plan on a contract anytime soon. It will get a lot worse here before it gets better. We have a management team that doesn't value any of it's employee's.
