Bottom line is there's just no way to project this. We're in a huge amount of flux, with 40 odd new (to us) Dual Class Aircraft, MSP 200 demise and ATL opening.
There are a number (at least 100) of 900 FOs who could upgrade. Many like the 19-20 days off lifestyle; and the TA makes that perhaps even more attractive.
At the bottom of the Seniority list are the Whiskey & ExpressJet folks who made the jump who will be bumped back down by everyone that upgrades.
Both NYC and ATL will see substantial growth; and we're still loosing 25-35 a month; primarily to Delta.
Reserve here isn't a bad gig. CS are somewhat flexible (unless we're in an IROP) and assign duty several days ahead of time.
in 18 months here i haven't regretted the move away from a 'Flow' once.
YMMV, and I live in base, but I find it hard not to crack a smile on the way to work..
