I think it's hard to find info because there are only about 15 expats here, maybe 3 or 4 US, a few Canadians, French, Spanish. But not many forum posters. Seems like someone would only take the time and effort to post if they were motivated out of anger or vengeance. I guess every company will have that one guy. Anyway, they need pilots, they want pilots, they want to keep pilots, and they want pilots to be happy. Not all will be, but you can always leave. It's not for everyone. Don't go through a recruiter. They don't know anything and offer zero after submitting your paperwork. There is no benefit in using one. Just go directly through China Express. I can give you the contact info if interested.
